Registration is now closed for the 2026 competition.

Until registration is closed, each school will be permitted to register one team. You may also submit a second team to be placed on a waitlist. If competition slots remain after registration closes, we will take teams off the waitlist in the order waitlist applications were received. If your school would like to be added to a waitlist to register a second team, please email sections@fedbar.org.

Each team shall be comprised of two members, each of whom must be enrolled in a full-time or part-time academic program of legal education at the school for which they represent from January 2025 through April 2025. Only law schools accredited by the American Bar Association are eligible to participate in the Competition. Team Members must also be current Law Student Associate Members of the FBA in order to participate in the competition (Note: Law Student Associate Membership is free to all new applicants).
